Accessible Navigation Device for the Visually Impaired
Access Cable offers a set-top box that includes a talking voice feature for customers with certified visual disabilities. The talking guide “speaks” what’s on the screen and includes details such as program descriptions to help customers decide what to watch. This gives customers with visual disabilities the freedom to independently explore TV shows and movies.

What is Closed Captioning?
Subtitles are displayed on your screen as a transcription of the audio portion of the program.
Note: Most closed captioning (CC) options can be managed through your TV, using the CC button on your TV’s remote or through your TV settings menu.
